Trained by the AVPN, we make our pizza according to generations-old techniques - our dough is freshly made in-house using Caputo '00' flour and fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, to create a unique and tasty base.

We use DUP tomatoes imported from Italy, along with fresh quality ingredients, and cook at a fiery 400 degrees. The crust is puffy and charred, and the center is delicious and juicy.
