We teach you the traditional art of Neapolitan pizza-making from our head pizzaiolo and Goodslice owner Flavio Giannino straight from Napoli. He offers his skills, experience and charm to give you a unique and fun experience here on the Coast. He will entertain yourself into some history, then teach you how to make the dough, hand-stretch it, top-it, cook-it.....and all that’s left to do is eat-it!!
