Service Description

PACKAGE INCLUDES Pizza-Making Masterclass. 1x Pizza to eat plus other foodie treats. 1x glass of prosecco or bottle of Peroni. (extra drinks can be purchased at the bar) 1x Goodslice Cap. 1x Detailed Manual and dough ball to take home. Learn the traditional art of Neapolitan pizza-making from our head pizzaiol Goodslice owner Flavio Giannino straight from Napoli. He will entertain yourself into the history of pizza Napoletana and provide valuable insights into the dough, the ingredients and the cooking. The course includes group demonstrations plus one-on-one time with the chefs to help you perfect your technique of this truly artisan style of pizza making. You will practice making the dough, then hand- stretch it, top-it, cook-it.....and then all that’s left to do is eat-it!! This experience is a fun experience to enjoy as a couple or with a group of friends. Once you've learnt the basic skills of this artisan method of pizza making, you can kick-back and enjoy your creation along with a few drinks in our quirky pizzeria. This class is great for foodies, avid home cooks, wannabe pizza chefs, or just as a fun evening out with friends. Our group sessions run approx every month on a Tuesday evening from 5pm - 8:30pm. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy For all bookings, if you cancel anytime up to 3 days before the session, you will receive a voucher with the value of the Experience preloaded to use when rebooking an alternative date. Unfortunately any cancellations within 3 days of the session are non refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, please email us at info@goodslice.com.au. If for any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel the session, you will be refunded in full.
