"Our dough is freshly made in-house using flour imported Italy - and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create the unique, sourdough base according to the generations-old Neapolitan technique."
We use a variety of San Marzano tomatoes to make our homemade sauce, along with fresh, local produce. We cook at a fiery 400 degrees for a crust that is puffy and charred, and a center that's delicious and juicy.

Hire our space in Maroochydore for a private party, corporate event, or reserve an area for a large group.
Our unique place in Maroochydore lends itself perfectly as a private event space. There's plenty of room for lots of guests, yet it always feels atmospheric, and there's outdoor and under-cover areas. The pizza truck can provide delicious food for your guests, plus we can hire in additional trucks for desserts or cocktails if you fancy that, as well as live music or other entertainment.
