Learn the traditional art of Neapolitan pizza-making from our head pizzaiolo and Goodslice owner, Flavio Giannino, born and raised in Naples, Italy. With over 20 years of experience and a finalist in Australia’s Best Pizza Awards, Flavio shares his knowledge, passion, and a bit of history - before showing you how to make the dough, hand-stretch it, top it, cook it… and of course, eat it!
